Beat drills to control the head (eyes)


Baseball swing drill

1. Place hitter flips on their knees back for some tea work or soft toss.
2. Having hitters are together with your feet and have to bend the stride sensor or knee at all, if not vibrate.
3. Insert hitter against a network (with net close behind where Catcher is), and have swing beat through network on swing follow.
4. Have on hitter hit a balance beam - head is key to compensate and if it gets out of place on bar you will, fall in this direction from. over beyond young hitters move your head because not to begin balanced beam it situation to helfen.Sehen my previous post on for more insight on this drill.
